Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Latvijas Pasts (standard postal service)

    • Recommended for domestic deliveries within Latvia.

    • Flat rate: €3.50 per package (regardless of weight).

    • If the total cart value exceeds €100, shipping via Latvijas Pasts is free.

  • FedEx (express/courier service)

    • Available for both domestic express delivery and international shipping.

    • Shipping fee depends on weight and destination.

    • Exact cost is displayed at checkout after choosing FedEx.

2. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Latvijas Pasts

    • Domestic (within Latvia): 1–3 business days.

    • International: typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

  • FedEx

    • Domestic express: next business day (cut-off by 12 pm).

    • International: usually 2–5 business days, depending on the country.

3. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Latvian public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, customers will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Latvijas Pasts: Tracking number included; trackable via Latvijas Pasts website.

  • FedEx: Trackable via FedEx online portal once shipped.

  • All tracking information is provided via email and in your Olighttube account.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international (non-EU) shipments, all import duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Olighttube declares the actual product value on customs documentation.

  • Customers may need to pay customs clearance fees or VAT upon delivery based on destination country regulations.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local postal office or FedEx first.

  • If the carrier confirms loss or non-delivery, contact us at info@olighttube.com within 10 business days so we can assist you with a claims process.

7. Address Changes & Splits

  • You may update your delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order—email us immediately at info@olighttube.com.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are produced or stocked in different locations. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each.

8. Returns & Warranty Shipping

  • Domestic returns (Latvia):

    • Use Latvijas Pasts with a €3.50 return shipping label provided by us (if under warranty, return shipping is free).

  • International returns:

    • We’ll issue a pre-paid FedEx label (cost deducted from your refund unless under warranty).
