Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment is received.
Shipments are handled by Latvijas Pasts and FedEx, depending on your destination and selected shipping method.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the item.
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are covered by Olighttube.com only in cases of defective or incorrect items.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
